Open to residents and non-residents, the Conservatory Restaurant provides an elegant dining experience within a traditional atmosphere, offering British and Continental cuisine that is contemporary, yet classic, and prides itself on preparation and presentation. Using only the freshest ingredients, head chef Shane Walker, has created an exciting a la carte menu as well as an innovative table d'hote menu, both offering a variety of choice and flavour, and are delightfully complemented by the carefully selected wine list.
